Les Editions Cafardnaüm pratiquent la reliure vivante afin de documenter des événements, des expositions, des ateliers... Au fur et à mesure de la journée, nous glanons des objets et des bribes d'expériences que nous relions en un livre-archive. Ce processus résulte en un objet unique qui témoigne de l'événement en question, de la participation de celleux présent.e.s et du travail chronophage que constitue la création d'un livre.

Editions Cafardnaüm has a practice of live-binding books to document events, exhibitions, and workshops. We bind bits and pieces of the collective work incrementally throughout the day and press them into a book as we go. The process results in a bound object that bears witness to the event, the participation of those present, and the time-consuming labor of the book-binding process.
